We have been cutting corners lately due to busy schedules. One thing we did was buy traditional milk gallons at the store instead of our usual dairy milk. Talk about a difference, it was like white water.

So today I headed back to the dairy early before the summer ice cream crowds arrived. I am so thankful for this farm fresh product available right by me!

Another way we keep things fresh is with our backyard flock. They eat our scraps and provide farm fresh eggs, which is great as long as they don’t try to hide them like they did today.

Our garden is starting to make its way toward production. I expect zucchini by the end of the week! What fresh foods are you eating this week?
