I really could grab a bag of oranges and cut them up for our soccer games. Or maybe I could bag up some pretzels or bring frozen yogurt sticks or grapes… but the game is forty minutes. She is seven and has access to water. I am 41 and am tired already and do enough. There are food allergies and food sensitivities and it’s forty minutes. And I am tired and she can manage for forty minutes and so can the other kids. So for now I don’t think we need to add snack to the to do list for soccer games. Do you?
